Simply no complaints, really nice stay. Hospitable people working here, luxurious place. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Exceptionally nice location, a super close walk to Dak lak, liked this place...

We recently stayed at a hotel for our New Year break and had a fantastic time. the staff were really helpful and friendly, and always had a smile on their face. We were pleasantly surprised to find complementary drinks by the pool and at the rooftop bar. the hotel was in a great location, which meant we could explore all the nearby attractions easily. the room was spacious and had a really comfortable bed which made for a great night's sleep.

There were a few things that the hotel could have improved on. Our room faced a busy street which meant we had to use earplugs at night, and we found that the noise was quite distracting.

i liked the hotel, it was big size and fairly clean, location was favourable and absolutely perfect close to airport.

The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating when we needed to change rooms. The rooms had a large window and were spacious, with comfortable beds. We were able to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep away from the noise of the main road. I would recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I appreciated the friendly staff and tasty restaurant food. The view from my room was breathtaking – I could see the surrounding city, giving me a good idea of where everything was. The location was top-notch: I could easily explore the area and purchase any necessary items at the nearby store. the room was well-made, providing a sense of relaxation and comfort.

There were a few negative aspects during my stay. the water pressure in the shower was quite low, making it a struggle to fully wash off.

I loved the hotel's central location in the heart of the city, making it easy for me to access all the shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. Additionally, the hotel staff was highly supportive and welcoming. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with pristine cleanliness all around.

Everything was spot on.

This hotel fulfilled our luxurious needs beyond expectations. the outdoor swimming pool was refreshing and the Spa & wellness centre was relaxing. the private facilities were exclusive and the room advantages were amazing. the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. the service was impeccable, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The only minor issue we faced was the noise from the street which disturbed our sleep. this was a minor issue compared to the overall luxurious experience we had at this hotel.

Super comfortable bed. Spacious room with good view. Helpful, knowledgeable, and polite staff with a sense of humor. Quality and memorable event hosted by the hotel. Nice and varied breakfast options. Great noodle cooked by a polite chef.

Our hotel was in a great location right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to restaurants and cafes. We were also pleasantly surprised by the room size and the comfortable bed, which made for a good night's rest. the breakfast spread had a variety of options.

We did experience some difficulty with the language barrier as not all staff members spoke English fluently.
